Wingfield, Ginsburg & Lipp, P.C. is a Washington D.C. law firm dedicated to representing injured clients and their families in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. The firm focuses on personal injury cases, including litigation related to premises liability, dog bites/attacks and auto collisions. We are a small firm of approximately 15+ employees and looking to add a capable team member to our family.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal based in Washington, D.C. The Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, communication with clients and insurance adjusters, conducting research, obtaining medical records/bills/liens/account balances and document review related to personal injury cases.
Qualifications

  • Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Research and Document Review abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in personal injury law or related field
  • Knowledge of insurance claims process is a plus
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant degree is a plus
